frontera idle control valve

HI all
I have have just bought a 1998 frontera sport which is great fun. i did about 22 miles off road which was brilliant. the only issue i have is that when i start the car from cold the revs sit about 1500 rpm. They will drop down to 850 after a few mins. When i drive away then and put my foot on the clutch the revs fly up to about 3000 rpm. i have had it investigated and it was discovered that it was the idle control valve. Now vauxhall want 145.00 quid plus vat. My question to you guys. Is there an after market one and if so where can i get one as this is driving me nuts.

Frontera were essentially an Isuzu Rodeo or something related to it, so possibly an Isuzu part may be available at less cost. You could also try www.rockauto.com they sell the Isuzu patrs from $70-$80. This could be a way forward.
