Tyre & Rim sizes

Hi

I'm looking to put some AT tyres onto my Isuzu D-Max. I've currently got the rims on the link below on the truck, which appear to be 18x7, and the current tyres are 255/60s.

However, it appears that BFG, Cooper etc mainly start their 18 inch tyres from 265/60 upwards, are 265s going to fit onto a 7 inch rim or is that a bit of a stretch?

The tyre manufacturers website will usually list all the sizes and the size range of wheels they fit in the specs.
