Personally I would avoid anything that forces you to have a locked centre diff/no centre diff in 4x4, like the Jimny system. Not impossible to live with, but it’ll be a ball ache in mixed conditions when you have to drop in and out of 4x4 for the slippy bits and you can get really bad push on understeer in tight corners even at low speeds in 4x4 mode. Wont go down well if the car is to be driven by someone who doesn’t want to learn the intricacy when and how a part time 4x4 system works either.
