No, i didn't. Issued to who?

All i want them to do is get something other than a Silver Pigeon- they have never fitted me properly, but ideally I want them to get a side by side.

That will of course, never happen, but I do miss a proper gun

Bike around the Marina is the answer - each side of the Marina is around 4-5km, so dependant on how energetic you're feeling you can easily rack up a decent stint. I've been easing myself back into it over the past few weeks after tripping over the bike every day throughout summer.
One of the guys at work says him and a couple of others cycle around the edge of the palm and theirs a bar at some point, not sure which of the hotels its in but they stop their for a drink or two and tend not to complete the route!!

Yeah the Palm Crescent is another alternative - and a bit less of a slog to get to from Marina than Nad Al Sheba. Did it when I first bought the bike and nearly passed out - should try again now that i'm a little fitter than I was then!

Ah. Is that Yorkshire-speak?

what are everyone else's winter plans?
Believe it or not, I might look for another car. The 'hoe is fab but I'd like to complement it with something a bit more PistonHead-ish. I'm moving from Marina Promenade in January so it kinda depends on how all that goes really.

I was out for my morning cardio around 6:30am and the breeze actually had cool air in it!

By the time I left for work at half seven, it was already back up to 29C frown

Not long to go though.

I was on the balcony at half 5 this morning for my cardio- a cup of coffee and a marlboro, and it was lovely- proper cool air in the breeze.

Roll on, the winter plans involve a lot of shooting
