mp4-12c on szr. apologies for shonky pic.

did amuse me slightly in that it must be the first/one of the first in the emirates and the owner was straight down for a pose outside MOE.

yet more kudos points to sheikh mo, i would love a g wagen.

the excalibur is  though, i really don't understand their popularity out here [i've seen 3-4 on the road and know of 3 for sale], you'd be laughed off the road anywhere else.

Dropped the LadyLandy off at Al Tayer and had a wander around the Fez/Mas workshop. My Lord this was a thing of beauty!

Tis a beautiful beast alright. Road registered too, which I thought was not the case. Perhaps in the UK? You can see the stereo retro fitted against the centre console below the steering wheel - why it's not on the pax side I have no idea.

Unfortunately they wouldn't start it up for me, but one of the technicians took some time to talk me through the new Fezza FF they were preparing for delivery. Surprised at how comfy it was, and a proper four seater which must make it the ultimate daily drive now.

Went back to the office feeling like an utter failure for not having a rich daddy/being born in the right place/being better at what I do (delete as appropriate!)

What looked like a satin grey coloured MP4-12C outside the Ducati dealer at MotorCity last night.

Saw a white maclaren on Thursday- first I have seen in the metal.
Not as dull as I thought it looked in the photos, and he wasn't anging about going away from the lights either.

the mclaren is a neat looking thing, but i'm not a fan of the rear end treatment.

the dark grey one [looked matt black to me] was at the autodrome thursday night - very brave owner!

saw a black and a blue f458 at the eppco nr the marina this evening, the blue one looked simply stunning, the black one not so much.

Fully admire the chap (one of us?) driving a nice Caterham Seven SV Roadsport near Jumeirah on Saturday. I've owned two Caterham's but I'm not sure I would be brave enough to dice with the locals in something so low!

A wonderful sounding yellow 355 Spyder howling off SZ road onto the Dubai Marina interchange.

Such a pretty car.

A 458 visited the Porsche showroom on SZR this afternoon (below my office) and left in a wonderful howl of noise. I would love a go in one of those.

Followed the same car down SZR today. The rear is not a great design IMVHO - three tail pipes seems a little too much when two massive ones would look so cool.

Saw a silver 458 yesterday. Looked much better than red. Shame about the driving though - he was holding up lane 6 of the SZR at 90km/h.

nicest i've seen by some margin is tdf blue over tan leather. really pops in the sun. saw a black one when filling up the other day [they're everywhere!] and that didn't look great imo.
