Just received a PH sweatshirt ordered over 2 weeks ago, being a birthday present for a friend. Unfortunately I couldn’t give due to the poor quality of embroidery (untidy poor finish/threads left loose).
I find it hard to believe the product costing £46.49 inc postage was sent out in such a state, being embroidered to such a low standard, please see attached photo.
Thought I’d just give everyone else a heads up on my experience of PH merchandise

You're already paying to advertise somebody else's website, they know you'll swallow anything.

Hello Ben,
I have contacted the shop support team through reply emails 4 times, but have had no reply, that is the only reason I decided to posted here so as to alert others.
I bought in good faith, but can’t believe that the item costing £46.49 would be sent out without proper finishing. I thought about trying to cut the threads, as others have suggested, but was advised that the embroidery may then unravel......
Thank you anyway

Quality appears to vary by design.

I ordered these 2 a year or so ago:

The 130R one is great, as good as the day I bought it!

The BoxBoxBox one. Absolute trash, image was gone after 4 washes and the T-Shirt quality itself was appalling.

I agree, I bought a couple of T shirts the first being perfect the second screen printing was very poor quality (although I did not complain) The last purchase being a sweatshirt/hoodie was a present for a friend, but unfortunately the embroidered quality was not good enough to be able to give as a present.
Contacted the shop support 4 times now, but no reply received.
I thought it best others were advised at the extremely poor quality of products on a hit or miss basis and terrible after sales support.......

It's a shame really.

The 130R T-shirt is great and wouldn't hesitate to by more if it was guaranteed that they would last like that one.

Unfortunately the poor performance of the other has scared me off buying more. frown

Again I totally agree, what’s done it for me is there’s no way to speak to anyone all you can do is email, but after more than several attempts I’ve had no reply.
Disappointing, but you live and learn!

I'm taking this up with our shop partner now – can you confirm how you're trying to contact their support team please? Feel free to drop me a PM if you like.

Ben,
Thank you once more for trying to help. I did finally get a response today from someone called Tiff, asking me for a high res image as the photo that I sent (the same image as I posted here) apparently is not of a high enough quality..........you couldn’t make it up could you!
Have to say I’m starting to get annoyed now. Anyway again thank you.
