Battery!!!!

What vintage is the car? Reason I ask is that I have not seen a battery tray like that before and doubt it to be 'Factory'.

In any case there is no such thing as standard so I would not worry about 'Originality'.

Hmm, interesting. I assumed it was stock. The car was a 2005 era build. Do you know which specific battery was designated by the factory at that time? Or was it up to the builder? Thanks

That looks just like an aftermarket optima type tray - what does the top part look like? Defo not a standard part.

Quick update... My son fired up his CAD designer and 3D printer and we're testing a prototype of an insert that will seat in the existing bracket but will have a fitting for the Odyssey 1100. A bit of a complicated form as he's done three prototypes but we're nearly done. Film at 11
