what spring rates for GTR ??

Please can contributors give me some advice on what spring rates they suggest for a relatively standard Ultima GTR that does about 50% road work and 50% track days. Currently I'm running 350lbs at front and 600lbs at the rear. Seems OK, but would welcome any other suggestions. Shocks are AVO Pro Race.
