What part does the factory use for the connectors?

I now the spade size I need to know what housing? Molex, 3M, .......?

Those are just a plastic cover for the common 'Faston' 6.3mm female terminal.
Any make or model of plastic cover will do the job as it is not normally mated to another wire end.

Are these connectors still in use or have they moved to water proof connectors?

They look like the connections that go onto the back of switches and instruments in the dash so no reason for them to be sealed.
