This looks like a bit of a game changer .. Autobionics PDK
Discussion
Those of us that have tuned after market ECU's understand that full throttle settings take a small percentage of the effort required to really get the rest correct.
^^^^Lee does make a valid point regarding ECU's and making them work at low and part throttle. Does anyone know which ECU is being used with this setup? It must be a high end product if it is also controlling the gearbox.

We got the message with your 19.48 post....................^^^^Lee does make a valid point regarding ECU's and making them work at low and part throttle. Does anyone know which ECU is being used with this setup? It must be a high end product if it is also controlling the gearbox.
The guys at Autobionics will produce a full package that works. The first package will, no doubt, need updates/tweaks but remember that the big manufacturers spend hundreds of man hours and millions of pounds getting things right.
The trick for someone like Autobionics is to use as much of the manufacturers work untouched, to keep the 'usability' and just link the engine ECU to the gearbox ECU. Hence the aftermarket engine ECU.
The similarity of the LS3 and LS7 should see interchangeability. Life will, no doubt, be more of a challenge if you want a supercharger / turbo install.

Not sure what happened there Paul!
I agree, using as much of the OEM parts has to be of benefit, trouble is I am not clever enough to understand how these guys have done this!
It amazes me what talent there is out there, all of which is a great benefit for this industry.
