Looking to sort parts out for Christmas holiday, got quite a bit of free time so will be down the garage, finishing off the Megassquirt engine loom,Raptor, on off switches and sorting the IAC to get the engine idling nicely. I have finally decided on the Aim MXG IVA dash but the rear view camera i'm not sure about, I have seen an Auto-Vox X1 Pro that looks like a better choice, bigger screen and front and rear dash cam.
Has anyone fitted a system they can recommend or have the Aim system installed and can offer a bit of advice
Regards Tim

Are you on the Facebook group? There’s definitely someone on there who has it (mxs not mxg but that doesn’t matter).
I’d say if you can, go for the Mxg/s setup rather than the other you posted. If that is the dash you want, would make a much nicer install than having another unit like the Auto-Vox X1 Pro IMO.

I’m going for the auto-vox front and rear camera, Black Friday deal on Amazon.

With all this time away from work at the moment, it’s given me time to get on and modify my GTR loom to the RS specification and install the Aim dash. I think I’m almost there with the wiring now and will strip the loom back and remove all the redundant wires once I have confirmed that I have done it correctly. The dash looks like it will have to come down a fair bit but that will have to wait till the interior gets started on, going to fit the aim speed sensor to the rear wheel for IVA, although I think I can import the rear wheel speed over can broadcast from traction control from megasquirt. Going to fit the front and rear cameras now.
Keep safe everyone in these wired times
