How did you get on?
I know the FB group has a strong worded description but Im sure if you explained and linked to this topic you would get approved. smile

Good time for an update I guess.

I have managed to join the FB group after messaging the admins outlining my intentions. It has been a useful source of info as well as quite scary looking at some car specs way beyond my budget.

I've found a black canam which is not advertised, had a chat with the owner and although I haven't seen the car in the flesh, I've seen plenty of photos and it does look like it fits with my requirements.

I also had a chat with Charles Dunn about inspecting the yellow canam I found in London, but when I discussed the black one I've found he advised me to forget the yellow one.

I won't say too much more about the car just yet, tempting fate.

Unfortunately the buyer I had lined up for my Tuscan has backed out so that's into a local specialist for servicing next week and maybe get them to put it on SOR

I'll put more info up when things are firmed up

cheers

Well, after a protracted period, the Tuscan has gone and been replaced with a black Canam.

Just looking forward to some good weather now.

Initial pic with apologies for the poor quality

Looks nice. Congratulations.
Nice TVR, as well.
Are you planning on any track days?
Either way, have fun, when the weather improves.
