called to cancel as per Pro's advice and was offered everything I currently have for 41 pounds, with new 18 month contract. Also called BT to cancel and reduced my monthly bill from 49 to 33 pounds. Result!

I appreciate I'm new here but any chance you could PM me (hopefully my settings are correct for this)?

I've currently only got streaming services to go with my new TV (house just refurbished) so I'm looking for a Sky TV package.

Many thanks in advance.

Says you don't allow emails. If you PM me first, I'll then be able to pick you up smile

Any deals available at the moment? Our deal has just finished, we had 18 months at 60% off. I gave notice to cancel and waited for the phone to ring with offers to stay however for the first time in 10 years nobody called!
Most recent account was in Girlfriends name and I held an account 18 months ago.
Are the best offers for existing customers or new customers?
I think we could qualify for either.
Just looking for Sky Q hd with boxsets, tied in to a broadband deal with another provider sadly.

Hi Prohibiting,

Had an email from sky to say they are keeping me at my current discounted price for another 12 months for being a valued customer.

I've been on the sky website as I want to check im on a rolling contract and not auto tied into a fixed 12 months. I'm moving house so wanted to be on a rolling so I could either fully cancel or weigh up my options.

I can't find anything on my login to say if I'm on a rolling or not and when I go through help, it tells me to ring or use Facebook, which I don't use.

You able to help at all?

Yes, but you need to tell Sky before the switchover

Called Sky for my yearly quit, didn't need to quit this time they just gave me the 50% off anyway. Guy said they're focusing more on retention than win back offers these days apparently.

Turns out they haven't been billing me for movies (never check the bill), so I've been paying £37 for the full shebang for the last year. Will go up to £50ish now but that's only where it should have been anyway.

Thanks everyone and glad we have happy customers smile

Unfortunately the fantastic complete TV bundle deal has now been pulled but I will respond to all messages later tonight. If you're after the complete bundle then it's probably best waiting. I will PM though later.

Last offers finished a while back and I'm in the 'playing the game' loop at the moment; called saying I'd like to be <£50 per month but only offered a reduction in service to bring cost down.

Hoping to see the 'please come back' offer email/leaflet soon!
