So Arcam previously owned by a Canadian Group, has been acquired by Harmon, who are owned by Samsung.

Never realised Samsung were in the sector, they now own AKG, Harman Kardon, Infinity, JBL, Lexicon, Mark Levinson, Revel and Arcam.

Will be interesting to see what they do with the Brand and new products.

Rumours in the industry is that its a lever to get into the Motoring Electronic Audio market.

Although they have ended up with some amazing brands under the HK banner. JBL Proffesional speakers are something else in the Cinema Room we used them for.

£10K each for the front LCR Speakers!

Connected car environment is the logic behind the purchase - hopefully they wont integrate it into the electronics business, as they will kill it if they do

At this rate, there won't be many British owned manufacturers left.

Even Naim are suffering since the French take over, as much as they deny it.

Their new streaming products have been severely delayed along with very poor software design and implementation.

Mind you, they never were that good at software development and even now, with multiple employees doing it, it's still no better.

No wonder Paul left.
