A REALLY MASSIVE TELEVISION...
Discussion
A REALLY MASSIVE TELEVISION... is what I don't want.
But what I do want is something around the 40" mark, that is good, reliable, clear and has the smallest possible "border" around the screen.
Possibly buying several at once, so something around the £300 mark would be perfect.
Television recommendations very welcome...
Well at 40" you haven't got a lot of choice but 43" gives you a lot more:

Any particular requirements? 4K? HDR?

43" is probably OK, I just don't want to go too big... Needs to be HD, but HDR and 4K I'm not sure, because I have no clue what they are... https://www.richersounds.com/tv-projectors/all-tvs...

This may be controversial but I always thought large televisions were a bit chavy, or to use the common PH vernacular, "council". I recently replaced an old 40" set with a large border for a modern 40" which was smaller overall. I regretted not getting a 43", and now we are in the market for a 50"; bigger is better (up to a point!).

What are you going to use them for? What are you displaying?
Erm... they'll be used as TVs, displaying TV channels... job lot going into more than one building.tim0409 said:

I got 65".I wish my wall was bigger.
Then again I used to run a projector so they all seem small

It depends on the size of room you have & whether you’ve gone for size over quality.
Cheap large TV in a small room = council
However, large OLED in dedicated cinema room = not so much
That makes sense. The OLED is in my cinema room. The 75’ is for general watching but it’s on the middle of a 7 metre wall. There is a lot of real estate either side of it. The 47’ is the bedroom tv. Cheap large TV in a small room = council

You could buy a USB light strip thingy of Amazon for <£20 which will do a somewhat similar job...
I've got two on the back of 65" tv and it does a decent enough job for the price.
There's also the Philips Strip lights which cost a few more ££ which can synch with your "entertainment " area...
Or..you can buy a whole new telly
