Nice to meet you Tim, lovely car!

My phone was supposed to video the whole thing but seems somehow just to have recorded 10 minutes of a queue on the sliproad to the A102M frown Looking forward to seeing other people's pics & vids smile
And you. Great to see an S.

I don't think I got much footage. By the time it was light I was busy driving south London backstreets on my own. smile

Glad you've found your hat. Nights are getting cold and you might be sleeping in the car to get some peace. biggrin

Add me to the low loader tally. I think it was the clutch bearing in the end, really hacked of as it was all replaced 2ooo miles ago. Nice place to break down though right outside the house of parliament. Police called on us a few times and didn't bring tea for us once but we defiantly won the prize for most photographed car. Tourists everywhere

Many thanks for arranging it see you next year.

Also thanks for the push chaps

Sorry to hear you were promoting the so called stereotype. frown

Good to meet you and I hope you get the MBE sorted.

I'll let you know if I've won the 'not spotting the speed camera' competition we entered.

I forgot to take any more photos... Not good when there were more than 50 TVRs on the banking at Brooklands. Thank you old friends and new.

Any more details about this T350 please? I know it's a Power 4.3, and the carbon bits are Revere, but anything else?

Lovely new wheels - look like an up-rated Spider.

The last of the D&A of TVR, good that you were there sir, even if it was back streets,I think it looks petty good in this back street, a fitting end to a dynasty...

OK, instead of boring people with a story, here is a list instead:

HIGHS

The noise, oh the noise! I think the Tuscan and Cerberas top the charts (especially the dark Cerb that was spitting blue flames in the car park at the O2)

Completed 320+ miles in a day without any trouble from the car - another step to busting myths

The efforts of all those involved for sorting this for people

It stayed dry although bloody cold at 3am (sorry neighbours, but I had to demist the windows)

Got a compliment about by car - always nice from another owner

Seen bits of London that I had only seen on TV (and bits I didn't want to)

LOWS

Motorway garage coffee - since when has Mocha with cream sounded or tasted like double espresso?

Petrol splashback in the eyes and face at Scratchwood (or scratch-face as it is now known)

Three satnavs, none of which do itinerary planning and no navigator - hence I got lost after the second tunnel. Apologies to those who were also following me to the start with my so called "intelligent" traffic updates (I did tell it twice that Blackwall was closed, but oh no, she knew better!)

Cyclists.......

M6 toll booth - not designed for TVRs or front spiders with now rim protection - I think you know the rest

Again, a huge THANKYOU to all those involved.

Great morning drive. I managed to get through the whole course this time round. Lit up the side tunnel uner blackfriars bridge which was fun until the boys in blue appear half way down.
Nice to see all those beautiful TVR's rumbling round town.
Would love to know the exhaust set up of the black tuscan with the plate noisy.
We need more of these tunnel runs.!!!!!
Hope everyone enjoyed Brooklands

Despite the poor start by me. I had a great day. Thanks once again Mr Chips. You even had the weather on your side!

I'm a bit knackered now. You may want to see some of what I took:

Already looking forward to the next one.... Fantastic way to spend a Sunday morning, thanks to all who organised. Shame I had to head off at Embankment to work, but had loads of fun. And the GoPro managed to stay on for the whole trip without running out of memory/battery/horizontality - I'm looking through the footage now and as soon as Adobe stop messing with my software I'll put an edit up on You Tube - below are a few snaps from it. If at any point you had a silver Cerbera (C5 RBR) behind you then I'll have some (reasonable) footage of you, so let me know if you want any longer clips.
Hope the chap I was talking to at the O2 also with a Silver Cerbera was ok - spotted you by Bank on the phone next to a copper (one of the photos) - not sure what would be worst; broken down and being assisted, or being nicked for U-turning/speeding/noisyness.

Hope everyone got home safely.

Joe

Was good to follow the T350. They really are a great looking car. I miss mine.
