Hello all you lovely Nomads out there wavey

This month will be our last Wednesday evening meet before we turn the clocks back in readiness for Halloween so that all the little ghouls, zombies and vampires are not exposed to daylight whilst going round demanding sweets or money with menaces. yikeseekrolleyesmadevilnutsbiggrin

They also serve up other excellent choices and vegetarian options as well.

Hi Glen,
I'm hoping to drive over to Snowdonia this afternoon and it would be great to meet up with you guys again.
Is it too late to get a copy of your itinerary so I can try and link up?
All the best,
Matt.

Hi Matt,
Sorry, I'm only just catching up with PH. We were off-line most of the weekend, hence no reply.
We had a leisurely breakfast at the Dragon Hotel then had a walk up to the top of the hill to look round the castle ruins, and enjoyed the impressive views, followed by a guided tour of the interesting model car museum.
With time running late, we parted company with most of the party who had long drives home or animals to tend to, Mike and I set off just before noon and took a scenic drive to Lake Vrnwy. We did spot a burgundy Chimaera going the opposite direction and gave him a wave wavey
Then a coffee stop at the Ponderosa Cafe at the top of the Horseshoe Pass and back to Stockport ( avoiding motorways of course! )

An excellent weekend and roofs off for all miles travelled.
There are some amazing roads to enjoy driving
