Totally dry here thank goodness. Let’s hope it stays that way for tomorrow.

It’s strange, in this light my TVR I looks somewhat like a Porsche…..

Is that a rocket launcher on the roof of the motorhome? whistle

A superb day as per, and great to catch up with folk too.

Thanks for making the Lotus Interlopers feel welcome, we always cherish the annual event at Cadwell. Been attending for about 20 years now & it remains a car highlight in the year.

Cheers guys - here’s to next year.

Hi Graham. No baffled sump. Totally standard car which survived!

Not sure if I will track it again though. Hearing that little engine singing away at 7000 rpm made me feel sorry for it.
What happened to the Skoda?

Never mind the engine ot sure if you have seen the prices of those special editions lately? There is one for sale with a 4!

Skoda stayed at home and will come out for Mallory next month.

What one for sale?

What’s with the black Ultima?
It was parked up at the Brackenborough hotel along with a few Cadwell track folk.
Then again the Ultima was parked up in the paddock.
But alas, it didn’t go out on track.

Was a super day and great to catch up with Simon, Stuart, Rob, Dominic Ethan al who, like me, have been regulars for many years as well as meeting those newer to the fun of tvr trackdays. Pity I didn’t have the Wedge with me but pleasantly surprised how good my alternative transport was on track!

Cadwell delivered a great day again, nice to put faces to user names.
An all round pleasant day apart from the journey from hell home that only a TVR associated day can bring, Lane closures, motorway closures, crashes, loose horses on A roads and a trailer puncture to put the cherry on top!

Thanks to the organisers, another great track day and were very lucky with the weather as it was chucking it down a mile up the road when I left.

Hello Graham. You can’t get rid of me that easily wink

Glad everyone had a safe day.
I’d never trust myself around Cadwell.
Watching Superbikes round there told me there is very little room for error.
Great track but not a place I’d go with a load of Tvr nutters rofl
That’s a joke lads.

More pictures please. Looks like a great day was had thumbup

Peter a once top line cyclist I know in his 60’s has just started racing mini Moto bikes around cart tracks and loves it.
I asked how many times he’s fallen off and he nonchalantly claimed 4 times this session biggrin
Says he gets lapped but loves it for the physical experience and training, he’s about 5’2” mind rofl
You gotta admire that level of youthful thinking.
Graham sounds like something you’d do hehe

Was out in the blue Alfa on Friday, first time on track with the car and all standard so lacking confidence in the braking department . Hope we didn’t upset anyone

Mine was all standard too (same brakes as available on Alfas) but you didn't have 2.5 tonnes to slow down ;-) Lovely looking car yours though

Just found this on YouTube.

My claim to fame, 4 minutes 45 seconds in, my little Porsche passing the camera car followed closely by Trev in his Chim. Those were an enjoyable few laps, the two of us in close formation relatively, “on it”.

Not sure who was taking this.

It wasn't the perfect track for the Trackhawk, but it still went very well in your hands.
At a track with more straights it would be a force to be reckoned with.
Spa? Thruxton?
