TVRCC EVENT - East meets West

The TVRCC Lancashire are delighted to announce the “By eck it’s Yorkshire“ WEST MEETS EAST Event!
This is a charity event that will run over 3 days, in aid of Martin House Children’s Hospice, where children receive important end of life care, and their families are supported by the charity.
The start and finish points for each of the runs can be obtained from Mark Blackwell.
Day 1 - This will be a meet and greet; with a curry, and of course a few beers! Contact Mark for details.
Day 2 - This will be a run through the Dales, visiting a number of places including: Sutton Bank, Rosedale Abbey, Castle Howard (stop for lunch), Staxton Hill, Thornton Dale, and Kilburn White Horse, to name a few. Flat caps required, to blend in with the locals! We we will be raising awareness for #martinhousecc on the day. Upon our return to the hotel, where we have secured a special rate for our TVRCC members; we will have a meal, followed by a raffle, and an auction later on. We have a number of fantastic auction lots; from a professional photo shoot, to a set of wheels for a Tuscan!
Day 3 - This will be the run home. As part of the run, we will be passing Martin House Hospice, where our TVRCC photographer will be in place to get shots of us all driving by our chosen charity for this event. There will be some stops along the way, giving us a chance to say our farewells, as people drop out of the run to make their way home.
So this is where you come in. PLEASE SIGN UP FOR THIS EVENT AND SHARE THIS POST WITH OTHER TVRCC MEMBERS.
The TVRCC have negotiated a special rate with the hotel, for Dinner, Bed and Breakfast.
To make the event a success we do need your help!
We need auction items, preferably TVR related.
We also need raffle prizes of a lesser value to the auction items.
If you can help with any auction or raffle prize donations please contact me, preferably on What’sApp. My number can also be found in the Sprint Magazine.
Thank you in advance for supporting this event and the chosen charity! It is important that we help people in the communities we visit! We are the TVRCC a club for the people!
