Hi folks

Just to remind people, we have a monthly meetup booked at...

The meeting will start at 1230 and run until after lunch.

I have booked lunch for those who requested it who were…

If you are now NOT coming you need to let me know ASAP, else you will
have to pay a booking fee of £10 per person. If anyone else wants lunch,
let me know and I'll add you to the booking.

Lunch is for 1315

If you would like to do a run-out for the day, please let me know ASAP so I
can put a small route together, else just turn up at 1230.

Ok, well, everyone seemed pretty happy with this venue, so my plan is this going forward.

We will probably alternate between two venues...

• Fox and Hounds, Clavering
• Cricketers, Weston

...for each month.

Lunches will need to be booked in advance and the dates... well, I'll sort that out over the next
few weeks.

I'm pretty busy in October, so I might bump this until Nov to get this settled in.

I am also looking at another venue, but I have no news on that one yet, so will look at it as a
backup position.
