Thats why they have 2 seats ( so that people who are between TVR's get to go out for a spin!)
I would love to meet up again and catch up. Working all this week but should be around the weekend after. A drive out would be fun so long as the weather is ok. Ray, I'll save you a seat!
My car is running really well and only needed a new set of brakes and clutch master cylinder. After Germany last year we went up to Scotland this year and was lucky enough to get the 9 hot sunny days at the end of May! Roof off every day and forehead burned to a crisp quite and achievment considering the rest of the summer. Anyone else up for a get together?

Yeah , I'd be up for a catch up - seems like a long time. Seen Ant a couple of times at the TVRCC meets over in Staffs. Been to Le Mans and Silverstone this year, Tuscan still running sweet.
Just on hols through to beginning of Dec so depends on the salt/ grit position when I get back but would like to get the car out for a run.

Has Clive emigrated ? Haven't seen or heard from him for a while ?

We could always do a Xmas lunch at the Rising Sun - taxi's home smile

Hi All, we are in Cheshire but the Northwich area. Do you ever come for a run out this direction? Weather & shifts permitting we frequently go to the Stretton Fox on A49/M56 junction. Would love to meet up if you are in this area,

Are there members of the South Cheshire Posse still active and TVR owners??

We have a small group of TVR owners living in the Nantwich and Crewe area (TVRCC members) and it would be good to meet up with other local TVR owners.

After an agonising 5yr wait, my Chimaera will be back on the road in the next 2-3 weeks.
Any South Cheshire Posse guys still out there??
Anyone else in the Nantwich area want to meet up?
I've seen a couple around, but never sure if they are just passing through!

All the best,
Cuffia.

What on earth has been wrong with it for 5 years?
Unfortunately my S1 is now my dads and lives in Dorset... I'm doing the miles in a diesel 3 series these days! Not quite as exciting!

A quick blast from Nantwich up the A530 /A556 will get you to the Windmill pub just off J19 of the M6. Postcode is WA16 0HW

Come and join us at the GMMC TVRCC monthly meet there next Tuesday evening 11th July 2017 at 7:30pm for an update on all our events and activities. A warm welcome awaits and there will be plenty of TVRs there.
You don't have to be a Club member, but there are plenty of benefits.

Hope to see you there! smile

Ok...Finally back on the road and the rain won't let up!!
Look up frustrated in the dictionary and they've put a little picture of me looking out a window!!

Can't speak highly enough of Ian at Sportmotive though. Very pleased with all the effort he has put in. Couple of sneaky run outs and I'm smiling like the proverbial CC.

Thanks for the invite to the meeting. When is the next one? I'll try and put it in the diary?

Look forward to any responses!

As ever,
Cuffiadb

Next GMMC TVR Regional meeting is on Tues 10th October 7:30 pm for 8 pm at the Windmill as usual. See postcode in my previous posts. All are welcome.

This month's High Peak Nomads TVRCC meet is on this coming Sunday, 24th Sept at 1pm at The Pack Horse, Crowdicote, SK17 0DB, SE of Buxton signposted off the A515 Ashbourne road.
We usually enjoy a meal and a pint, and sometimes, weather permitting, a little social drive around some of the scenic roads of the Peak District. driving

Then on Saturday 30th we are holding the 'Season Finale' Wentworth runout commencing 10am at The Wentworth Premier Inn, Postcode S75 3DL, a few miles NE of Sheffield.
This will be a scenic tour of parts of the S. Yorks Dales and the Peak District.

The Wentworth serves a nice breakfast at reasonable cost and room rates are also good value for those wishing to stay over to attend the main Sunday gathering at Wentworth Woodhouse a few miles away. Postcode S62 7TQ

Hope to see you at one or more of the above. smile

I'd planned on bringing my petrolhead 10yr old son if that's ok for the meal.
If it's not ok for him to be there let me know and we'll turn up a bit later if there's a drive out...
Cheers,
Cuffiadb

Matt, of course your son will be more than welcome.

We have another Matt with a young son Ed, who often comes along to our meets. He is a vert enthusiastic marshal at some of our events! Not sure if he's booked for this one though.

I have asked Richard, our RO, to find out if the Pack Horse can fit any more of us in on Sunday.

Watch this space. smile
