Thanks - Just finished watching the pilot episode on your recommendation and really enjoyed it!
Can't quite put my finger on why, but there's something a bit '24ish' about it.

Looking forward to watching the rest...

It is great. Damien Lewis is fab in any show, but Clare Danes does very well too. Very exciting!

Was alright, I must say Damien Lewis but particularly David harewood (her black bosses boss) both have convincing American accents, unlike Andrew Lincoln in Walking Dead, who imagine is the equivalent of Dick van Dyke.

I thought Clare Danes looked too young to play her part (although she may be in her 30s), and seemed very unconvincing to be wandering around Iraq with a scarf over her head at the start, indeed I thought she'd be better suited to being his wife, and 'er out of V might have been better in her CIA role. Although I understand that it's going to get as confusing. That said Danes is playing The Mental quite well.

On series link!

My other half, a mental health nurse, tells me that Danes played the bipolar excellently. As a layman, (me), she certainly looked convincing.

Watched the pilot yesterday on C4 and liked it so much that I downloaded the rest of the series, which I have just finished watching.

It is a bit like 24 and very compeling viewing, particularly with the various twists and turns.

Apparently season 2 is planned for October 2012 (USA screening), therefore probably early 2013 in the UK.

Won't spoil it for you all but saw this last year and its well worth sticking with - Damian Lewis is very very good (as he was in Life!) thumbup

Try and ignore Claire Danes if you can, she's a bit mental... boxedin

Watched this last night on ITV player and was not dissapointed. Damien is an excellent actor and was equally good in Band of Brothers. Otherwise a few interesting/complex characters already so looking forward to the following weeks.

As an aside I thought his wife on the show was stunning. Not obviously gorgeous but the kind of woman I definitely go for.
