If I can find it among the repeats.

Whereas they used to say 'repeat', since the advent of a billion digital channels you now have to look for 'new'.

SIARPC segment was rubbish again - they need to rethink that segment. Also what's the point in the news section? It's so scripted I would rather just see more cars TBH. Clarkson's opinion on the new 911 is wrong but the cinematography was brilliant and I wish they hadn't destroyed that car in the last bit.

There.. Should just about cover it, Just thought I would get in early. wink

There going to be about 6 episodes probably. Who would you lot like to see as SIARPC?
Mine would have to be Jason Statham and Paul Walker, all I can think of at the moment.

Sounds Brilliant! Hope the M600 comes out on top, but I reckon it will be the 12c

There is a special pull-out in Top Gear mag about the new series, I haven't read it tbh I don't want too many spoilers.

They will wreck something that PHers will whinge about though.

Honestly, I'd love to see some car industry insiders - stars known to the industry but perhaps not the public. How about Chris Bangle, the chief-exec of Morgan, a top engineer from McLaren or the lead-designer of the 911 (if there is one biggrin) etc.?

Obviously it won't happen because that bit is to appease the non-car audience but personally I'd stop fast-forwarding it if they did it. smile

I think the moaners actually enjoy it the most, they watch the show then they spend an hour after the show picking it apart. Then they bore the wife with how it's not as good as the old days but they do like James's shirt and can they have one like it for Christmas from aunty hilary. To top it off they then get to post about it because they don't understand what Topgears about.

Please top gear, please give us an entertaining CAR SHOW. Not 3 blokes pretending to be 10 year olds.

You;ve donr the pointless modifying thing
you've done the crash into J may thing
you've done the hammond olveracts thing
You've done the clarkson is an oaf thing

The really good episodes- and you say this yourselves- is when you do a programme about cars

I'll still watch it, as these episodes do happen and they are a joy to watch. But it tends to be one a series these days

Series 18 may have the following:

Hammond drives a NASCAR safety car for a real race, later going on to drive a NASCAR race car.

Power tests:
Clarkson driving a Mercedes-Benz C63 AMG Black Edition, a Mercedes SLS AMG Roadster and a Maserati GranTurismo MC Stradale.
Hammond to drive a 2012 BMW M5 F10.
May will have a Vauxhall Corsa Nurburgring Edition.

Another feature is going to China to test drive Chinese cars.

Italy in 3 super-cars, Lamborghini Aventador, Noble M600 and a McLaren MP4-12C.

May is taking a trip to USA to test sports hybrid supercar Fisker Karma, meet AC/DC frontman Brian Johnson and drive his 1928 Bentley Vanden Plas LeMans Tourer.

According to Top Gear Executive Producer Andy Wilman, Clarkson, Hammond and May are going to northern Sweden as well, where they will race the new Ferrari FF across a Silverstone-shaped ice track. Also Jeremy Clarkson and Richard Hammond will attempt to film a car chase sequence for The Sweeney.

There's an article about that in TG magazine this month.

I think I would like to see Sarkozy and Merkel in the car with the doors welded shut and a burning rag sticking out of the petrol filler.

I think the question is "what new films are coming out soon?".
