Ah oversailing rights... nice money spinner.

Budget based on architect priced estimate at Stage B if not A, and oh look the tenders are nowhere near smile

Also annoys me "value engineering". Reducing costs by, and the key bit here, maintaining the function....

Exactly my thoughts, I'd be pissed off if that was placed next to my period river home!

That said the craftsmanship looks very impressive.

It's a quality job being built and finished, but the end if it away from the river where Kevin was then does look like a couple of static caravans, as said above. Not completely sold on it yet, I'll wait for the shiny shiny tour.
