I was hoping for an amazing episode that would leave me clamouring for more. Frustratingly I was just left feeling confused. Even though I think I understood it, it confused me at the time which meant I didn’t enjoy it as much as I’d hoped.

Set before the end of Infinity War apparently.

Cant say I thought it was particularly strong to be honest, some good bits but the overall concept wasn't great. And you can definitely see that they thought they were getting cancelled and sorted out a nice tidy ending.

Good climax. Genuinely emotional.
Then the emotion was undermined by the confusion as I tried to understand what was happening in the aftermath.

However...
I think I may have missed something. Daisy/Quake/Skye took the Kree steroid to boost her powers. But I thought it was always fatal. Did Simmons fix it?
They said they used Daisy's mother's DNA and healing ability and infused it with the Centipede serum so it wasn't deadly anymore.
Also, May smashed the Kree Odium bottle earlier to prevent using it on Talbot / Graviton, and try to force them to use Centipede serum to cure Coulson. So what Daisy got was just Centipede serum plus whatever Fitz / Simmons managed to add to it

I don't know if it was mentioned in THor3, but in the story it was taken from, Hulk's ship passes through a portal which makes him end up on Sakaar. Sakaar is a dustbin planet which plants wormholes about the places to trap potential gladiators

Ok so caught up now.

Is fitz dead as there wasn't a funeral or anything like that for him

Also. The future dude said he was going to leave but then they just forgot about him. Which I guess if he was still there would mean for is alive still or gemma is preggers now or fitz wasn't the grand dad?!?

Fitz is still alive after being frozen by Enoch in this timeline. I'd imagine they'll find him in the first couple of episodes of the next season, but he won't remember anything that happened since they came back in time, including getting married to Simmons

But hasn't the timeline changed and he's no longer up there??

I must have missed Enoch coming back down and freezing fitz after the 'death scene' but then I guess if fitz did die the future dude wouldn't have been born and therefore he wouldn't be on the minds if the living?

I'm believing timeline was changed and Deke never existed in the current continuity since the pile of books he'd assembled in his room in the Lighthouse, assuming he'd be trapped their post planet destruction, had disappeared.

But unsure why there was the shot showing only one multi tool, Was that "his" (he'd bought back from future continuity), or "Fitz's" (from current continuity) ?

They came back after he had frozen himself, so I would guess they would say the timeline only changed from the point of their return.

So when they got sent into the future Fitz was left behind, for arguments sake and ease of thinking, it was January 2018. Then a few months later Enoch froze Fitz, say March/April for the (very) long sleep and to wake him up in the future. So there exists a Fitz in Cryosleep from April 2018 through to 2068 (I forget when it was exactly but it must have been a minimum of around 45-50 years for Deke to be Fitz/Simmons Grandson as they're clearly in their late 20's and Deke was likely mid 20's.) So when Fitz met up with the rest of the crew in the future he'd been asleep for a very long time.

Then when they all went back in time to a period they said around six months after they'd left and the world had gone to hell in a hand basket. For arguments sake, July 2018. So when they came back, Fitz and all. So the period when they came back to when Fitz died, lets say July 2018 to September 2018 there was a Fitz in Cryosleep and a Fitz from the future alive. So when Fitz died he was still alive. It was the 'Future Fitz' and the 'correct/current time line' Fitz is asleep. That's why they were talking about him being alive. Except this one didn't have the psychotic episode when he operated on Daisy or marry Simmons.

But the 'future' timeline had the earth being broken.

Daisy changed that by blasting gavi out into space and therefore the world was saved.

Therefore no need for Enoch to come back from the future to freeze Fitz and steal the gang?!?

But Fitz has already been frozen. They didn’t change the timeline until after he’d been frozen.

The whole reason Enoch freezes Fitz is because he'll be needed in the future. If he's not needed in this time line, has he still been frozen?

I'm caught up (for now) - I didn't think much to the most recent episode. A good builder towards the end of the series but I just didn't find Talbot believable as his new persona...
I'm on the c4 run, I like it!
