I quite enjoyed Dark, but it was very bizarre!
Definitely not one to watch half-asleep. Loved the feel of the whole show though.
Thanks to the snow, we just binge watched this, tried the dubing at 1st but dropped it after the 1st 20 minutes and found it much better acted. Overall it's a good show, if a little hard to remember who is who in each time frame. Will be looking forward to season 2

Watched bowling for columbine tonight.

A documentary about the columbine school shooting and American gun culture in general.

The Americans are absolutely crazy, scary their attitude to guns and their unwavering commitment to keeping their outdated 2nd amendment

Really good watch and an absolute eye opener
Jesus Christ , welcome to the new Century . BFC is provocative , as are most of MMs films/docus but in reality they need to be viewed with a salt shaker to hand .

Shimmer Lake. An enjoyable way to spend an hour and a half. Thriller/black comedy told in reverse. With the reason why clear at the end.

Above average.

5.9/10

Why had no one ever introduced me to Arrested Development? Finished season 1 and it's genuinely funny.

Annihilation movie is released on Netflix tomorrow. Got a theatrical release in the US but Netflix got it for Europe.

Reviews are glowing.

Hitler’s Circle of Evil is worth a watch. 10 episodes & really interesting. Always fascinates me how they individually came to power.

Onto Downfall now for the 2nd time. Pretty fking grim in that bunker!!!

Manhunt Unabomber was very good, bit slow to start but worth sticking with.

Mind hunter......brilliant!

I watched a few episodes of Seven Seconds today. A little bit “The Wire”ish in a good way I’d say. Decent characters and a steady development of an interesting plot.

I just hope that doesn't encourage them to make sequels. The rest of the trilogy is a bit rubbish.

Similar for Cloverfield Paradox. I think JJ Abrams picks up films in development and reshoots a few parts to Cloverfieldize them.

That would explain. I’m suprised it wasn’t slated by the critics though it’s completely ruined by that ending, there are many other options for the last scenes which would have maintained the excitement and mystery on to the next in series. As it is it drops from 8/10 to 4/10 just for the daftness.

"The End of the F***ing World"

Thought I would try one episode and ended up watching the entire series in one go. I couldn't not watch the next episode. Felt rubbish at work the next day after only a few hours sleep.
Watched that about a month ago. It is hilarious. I think I have a messed up sense of humour though.

The main guy in it is also in the Black Mirror episode 'Shut up and Dance'.

Finished Dark last night.

Gosh. Awesome. I usually drift off in stuff like this, but I loved it. Our settee was abuzz with sophisticated theories (rash guesses) about what's what, who's who, and when's when.

Brilliant. Strongly recommended. A much more serious Stranger Things. And just about as good.

The audience score is not quite high to warrant "glowing"!
