I stopped watching the cocaine island one as someone here said it wasn’t very good. However, more recently there was a post that said it was good. I’m not sure if I should watch it now
Er... OK

What did you think of it when you were watching it?

The Dirt and Highwaymen are both really good. Definitely worth a watch!

Watched The Dirt during the weekend and thought it was brilliant. I have the first five Motley Crue albums. Think I may watch it again tonight smile

Couldn't believe it was MGK (Rap artist) playing Tommy Lee and the welsh fella from Misfits playing Mick Mars.

I definitely think MGK is a better actor than he is a rapper!

I've been watching Lunatics which is a bit of a bizarre comedy show following various oddball characters all played by the same guy. Some proper lol moments but I suspect it won't be for everyone.

My love of hip hop has dwindled and only listen to the usual suspects such as Wu Tang, PE, Nas etc and I hadn't heard of MGK until he dissed Eminem. Was a pretty good track.

As to your point, I fully agree.

I managed halfway through ep.1 and gave up when I realised I hadn't laughed at all. I'd got to the second visit to the pet psychic and it just didn't seem funny in the slightest to me.

But comedy's subjective so try it and see if it floats your comedy boat.

It's a light watch, well filmed and edited and a really good story. 7/10 for me

I really liked the other series he's done (Chris Lilly?) - But this one I just gave up on with the stupidly tall twin sister.. until then his characters seemed really well crafted and believable.

He does 'subtle-cringe' really well.

I agree about Lunatics... my gf and I lasted up until the end of the first episode.

His earlier stuff is much funner, and in particular Summer Heights High (not on Netflix I don't think), but this is a little forced.

You can tell it's Netflix though, as the budget was clearly massive!

Angry Boys was good, similar kind of thing where he plays all characters, but I couldn’t get on with Lunatics either - Watched Angry Boys on iPlayer but not sure if it’s still on there

Is "Helix" worth investing in? 3 episodes so far seem OK(viral outbreak,CDC prevents end of the world etc) but the episode synopses for series 2 look weird

Probably way late to the party, don’t watch many series on Netflix just films.

Discovered and binge watched Final Space on the weekend. What a great little animated series.
Been a long time since I’ve enjoyed and been impressed by something like this. Fabulous.

Yeah it’s good, although it does get a bit ‘samey’ after a while which you can forgive them given there’s only a certain amount of shenanigans you can get involved with on one

If you haven’t watched it then I’d recommend Rick and Morty, it’s really funny.

My kids keep telling me I’d like it, I’ve tried the humour is probably right up my street but I can’t watch it, his voice just grates on me. Stresses me out lol
