Don't know if it's been mentioned before, but just finished Mesiah. Thought the production and story line was exceptional!
I've just watched the last ep and concur, excellent and keeps you guessing. I was gutted when I got to ep10 and realised that was the last one at the end.

Aaron Hernandez - really interesting watch. The look behind the scenes at college football was an eye opener. He was an idiot but clearly hugely damaged by a young age.

Terrific wasn't it .

Looks like forensic files has been pulled from Netflix. I did spot someone else mentioning they watched it earlier in the thread somewhere. Was a great 20 minute filler.

Yes well worth a watch. Unlike quite a lot of these Netflix docs, not too much padding either.

Binged Cheer today. Really enjoyed it. Certainly can't knock their work ethic.
I let the missus put Cheer on whilst i was doing something else, i was hooked by episode 2.

Leave all your concerns at the door and watch this show, it was emotional.

The Mind of Aaron Hernandez - Brilliant, really enjoyed it.

I'd never heard of the guy but I'd vaguely heard of the things surrounding head injuries in football players. He seemed a short tempered unpleasant tt without the brain illness though.

Excellent show.

Cam.

Watched it last night - not quite as disturbing as the trailer makes out but the other half was fairly freaked by it. She knows a few girls who've done that and they're either having nightmares or refuse to watch it.

Life of Brian, as hilarious as it ever was. For me it's not just the famous scenes, but a lot of the little details that crack me up, such as the mother's pratfall right at the beginning, or the soldiers searching the house multiple times and only finding a spoon. They also use swearing really effectively, every time they do drop the f-bomb it somehow makes the line much funnier.

Yes, it's gone. I had been planning on thanking a person who mentioned it on here last year some time as we were probably watching 5-10 a week.

Slightly positive news is that many if not all episodes are on YouTube.

Decided to watch JW3 this evening. Usual rule of three, it’s going to be tripe and some of the scenes such as the Moroccan bazaar are like a Universal Studios reinactment but I’m enjoying the weird little references and homages to history such as the Sergio Leone and John Woo homages and the cowboy reference which I think is John Ford. Even the Matrix has been tapped.

About an hour in and as a bit of pulp it’s OK.

Uncut Gems is out today. From the directors of Good Time (a film I really enjoyed and also available on NetFlix), it stars Adam Sandler in a serious role and has had a tonne of 5* reviews. It’s supposedly utterly nerve wracking. I can’t wait to watch it tonight.

Just started Costa del Sol - set in 1970s Málaga, a group of young detectives take on the drug smugging of hash from Algeria (though the story will no doubt expand to coke I guess)

I watched it with Spanish subtitles to try and improve my Spanish but it's tricky for me as they talk so quickly. I know what the C word is now.

Anyway, cool cars, top crumpet and '70s fashion. I'm in for now.

Bad Teacher.

Wasn't expecting much, but it's slightly better than I was braced for.

Cameron Diaz has never looked better, IMO.

Fighting with my family.

Interesting and understated take on the true story of Norwich council estate girl turned international WWE wrestling star, uplifting, and very well done and accurate to the real life characters and story.

I wasn't expecting much but very much enjoyed it.

Wild Wild Country - Watched two episodes and was wondering what all the hype was about and then blam, the whole thing gets turn on it’s head in ways you don’t see coming at all !

Shocking in a different way to the murder docs and very even handed in the end because you here five or six separate accounts from different angles running in parallel on the narrative. Make up your own mind time.

9/10 from me.

I started this but lost interest somewhere along the way, can#t say why but it just didn't grab me.

Watched it last night and really enjoyed it. The credits clips from the documentary back up your "accurate" comment
