Just watched, A Quiet Night In. SOme of the best belly laughs from silent comedy since By the Sea.

Watched all of S1 now, it's on S2.

Quite some variation in quality, but the house burglary one had some of the best silent comedy since By the Sea, acearooney.

S2E1 the train one was rather goood.

I thought he was the weakest link, a one note performer, quite boring. The Ozzie chick was ace.

Slightly similar is "camping" with the boys in it but written by Julia Davies so expect sex.
Shearsmith hosing out his mothers knickers was a highlight.
It's on sky demand

I'm not sure I'd describe Camping as "slightly similar", but we really enjoyed it. I always thought Julia Davis was scary. But then there's David Bamber smile

Watched the Christine episode this evening.
It wasn't comedy or even Dark Comedy , in fact AFAICT there was no comedic element whatsoever.
A brilliant and thought provoking 30 mins of drama TV though.
Watched this and San Junipero ep from Black Mirror in the same week - was in pieces!

I liked that one, nothing too dark to start off with. The old woman had some great lines hehe

It was OK, farces can be slightly annoying, and I never like the conceit of an actor playing twins. I hope it's back to a tighter story next week.

I Liked it, it is black comedy and worked well, nice change from the bleakness of Black Mirror.

It was an homage to The Comedy Of Errors .

Utter tosh. Hated it, turned off after 15 mins. I hope there's a massive return to form next week.

Let's hope they use blank verse at least.

I liked it. Thought it quite wittily written in places. And clever to (pretty much) take place exclusively in a corridor. Nice to see Bill Paterson and Kevin Eldon.

Ended up watching a couple of older ones as I'm trying to clear the HDD of my virgin box so I can install a new one. Watched the "Diddle Diddle Dumpling" one (with the lost shoe). Brilliant, loved the shock factor of the ending and the symmetrical pairs of items all the way through. Had both of us in a stunned silence for a good few minutes afterwards.

Wasn't too keen on the hotel farce one, good on them for trying something different but probably my least favourite one so far. As soon as the porter started talking to the camera I knew I wasn't going to like it. Hopefully the next one will be back on form.

Yup, think that was back on form. Up there with 12 Days of Christine for me.
