Blimey. Thought I was alone in that thought. I'm siding more to that side. I don't think Hastings is H but he clearly told the prisoner from the gang, Corbett's I.D.

Hmm. I don't care it's pure fiction, it entertains me.

In our house that caused the Missus upstairs watching rubbish to wonder what the shout was downstairs where i was!
Did not see that coming. I did think that the gun may of been empty but to be killed......some may say its far fetched but still wants me to watch next episode.

John allows cops to get killed in the truck ambush, but gets a conscience over some trafficked girls he doesn't know? Hmmm.

Yes, she's undercover and Hastings has always been at the other end of the computer, they're trying to flush out someone even higher up the Police ladder .

When Hastings said "We need this brought to a close" I said to the wife that that's a kill order to Lisa, on John.

I'm sure in one of the earlier episodes Hastings tried to call Lisa, or it was at least edited to look that way.

Gill Biggeloe is for the watching.

I think that Gill Biggeloe is the mastermind behind it all - as many have hinted H stands for 'Her" - too many red herrings for it to be Ted.

Although Hastings did give John up to the OCG, via his cryptic computer message "Were being watched"......

Corbett Dad, was Hargreaves’ partner who died whilst on duty and it was covered up. Hargreaves said In episode 1 ‘the log book went missing and it was all forgotten about’

Corbett blames Hargreaves for his Dads death so was trying to set him up.

Hargreaves is aware of this, hence doesn’t mind him dying.

Hargreaves has Lisa undercover on ‘pear tree’ all along.

Makes sense. “Let’s bring this to a close” - definitely sounded like an instruction to Lisa.

I think you might be confusing Hargreaves with Hastings

Could H have anything to do with the Maze prison in NI?

Quite honestly, I consider myself to be a reasonably intelligent person, albeit, as my wife will attest, without a lick of common sense.
I can watch a TV show, follow the labyrinthine paths it sends you on, observe and note the subtle nuances of dialogue and facial expressions, see in which direction my suspicions are being urged to go, but this L.O.D. is driving me nuts.
I’ve finally arrived at the conclusion, that I couldn’t care less who’s hooky, or who’s straight, and I don’t care if “H” is the Dalai Lama.

I suspect the program will have a disappointign ending

Why would Hasting be leading an undercover cop that no one else in his dept even knows about. Why woudl he also put huge resources and conflicting resources into findinder the undercover officer if it is Lisa.

I suspect Hastings is innocent but this whole 100k deal with the land will either make him look guilty or the OCG is using it to try and make him look guilty.
