Considering the popularity of the show, the advertising revenue it must generate, the number of shows, etc, I'd say it was pretty lame.
£100k a year and a hot girlfriend for pretending to work in a kebab shop. That's not bad at all.

What would he have if he really worked in a kebab shop? hehe
Believe it or not, at the time off the BBC wages disclosures, there was an internet campaign to stop any actor being paid more than their character would earn in real life. rofl People were annoyed that Charlie on Casualty earned 10 times what a real nurse made.

I suspect that if that rule came in, there'd be little chance of Julia Roberts doing Pretty Woman 2.

We have yet another unclaimed compo storyline - I swear I heard Chesney say that his recent collapse was due to a small piece of glass left inside him by mistake after the assault. In real life situations, working-class folk like him would never miss a trick like that.

So Sinead is owed for the coach crash (they thought she might never walk again) and now Chesney twice - once for the criminal injury and again for the hospital negligence. They could be quids in.

And there may be another one in the near future but I won't spoil the surprise smile

Could be good business for Adam and Told though.

Quite so, but absorbing and well acted. Meanwhile, I never thought I'd say this, but Mary is starting to get on my wick. She doesn't seem to learn from experience.

In the opening sequence to part two of each episode, the camera lingers on a building frontage with badly peeling green paintwork.
Which building us it supposed to be ?

No, I thought I was watching EastEnders there......

In cases like these, the young children involved are far better off in foster care, harsh though it may seem......

Some good realistic acting though, especially from Seb.

Does Dev have any standards or sense at all when it comes to women?! I know there isn't much variety for him on the street, but apart from Sunita he just seems to lurch from one disaster area to another.
Mmmm, Sunita...

I just had a look on Google Images for professional purposes only. Nice.

Tracy - "I've known quite a few of the men round here......". The look on Steve's face was priceless.

So is Pat going to frame Andy for Vinny's possible murder then?

Kills two birds with one stone.

Also, he has unfinished business with Anna....remember he has her earing that she left in the yard office after the fight.

Phelan could fall in a bucket of st and come up smelling of roses.

I guessed last night that that shall be the 'deal'. Kill Vinny and you get to go free.
