Zeedan has been headhunted to Senior scowler in a new tv drama. It's his best trait and one he's worked hard at ( to the detriment of any actual acting)

If you think about it half the running storylines at present are pure tosh really..

Anna in prison still and forgotten about.
Zeedan and the assault story - on top of the "sham" marriage nonsense for money. (And attempted kidnapping)
The Fiz and Ty jealousy story plus the additional new mechanic. Never has one garage wielded so many clipboard toting grease monkeys.
The surrogate baby story with ol' Big jugs
What's his face on steroids/ heart attacks/testicular cancer. How many more "go to a doctor and get checked if unsure" stories can there be?

Simon the world's angriest oldest teenager seems to have been forgotten again after his little crime spree.

Just finish off a few storylines and concentrate for God's sake. I did read something about the woman responsible for the last 2yrs crap has been moved on tho recently?

Indeed. Finish them off and let's get back to what Corrie does best. Old duffers like me can't keep up with all the twists and turns - we leave one plotline for a couple of weeks and then we've (I've) forgotten what was going on. Madness. Sheer madness.

Going by the recent storylines in Emmerdale, I'm not holding out much hope of Iain Macleod being any better than Kate Oates. In fact, i would go as far as to say Emmerdale was much better under the stewardship of Kate Oates compared to Iain Macleod.

I was loving the Gallagher Brothers eyebrows, but then along came Robert's teeth. That's more like it, Corrie.

PS I'd forgotten about Tracy and Ryan's amour. Still can't remember it. FYI the balloons in Tracy's shop are kosher Interflora supplies. Bet you really needed to know that.

I thought that a traumatic childbirth was a bit much before the watershed. Kids could be upset by that, compared to their video games and all.

Can't wait to see Rosie modelling lacy underwear...........

I thought Robert was very good as Freddie..smile

This caravan stuff in Abergele is daft, but I do enjoy it when they go out on location, it brings an extra dimension to the programme.

One of my favourite classic scenes on location in Lyme Park, Disley, Stockport.

I must admit that I think soaps, Corrie especially, literally lose the plot when they go on location elsewhere . Most of the actors seem to lose their ability (assuming they had any - you know who I mean ) as soon as they get off the Street.

Gallaghers were genius , especially the trademark bickering .

Whilst Phelans hunkered down in Abergele, he could look up Eileen's ex neighbour Les Battersby....Bruce Jones lives and works locally and is often seen out and about.

Looks like Corrie have missed a trick as Simon (actor) is going to be a dad with his 16 year old girlfriend. Let's hope the kid takes after its mum!! Or a story line in the making when the kid turns up in Weatherfield in a few year's time

kate, carla etc seem to be upbeat. Usual soap death scenario where everyone gets over it within 3 days.

I have been pondering why Gary is attempting to track and apprehend (if possible) Pat Phelan. Surely Pat is wanted by the authorities for murder - wouldn't it save Gary possible injury if he simply reported Phelan's whereabouts to Plod? Soap Plod always turn up within 5 minutes.

(Carla -yes

Gemma - after 10 pints
Nicola - yes
Shona - if she had a bath
Liz - just for old time's sake)
