Been away so just caught up with 5 + 6.

5 was bloody great! SO well shot.
Vince Gilligan spent quite a bit of time on the podcast talking about the actual photography. The night and Chuck-indoors scenes were so realistic because
their new Panasonic system can shoot 4K full-colour in light-levels so low that crew were tripping over cables they could barely see.

Does the end of the episode hint at how hector ends up in the chair?
I reckon so. I'm guessing at something being done to protect his loved one?

and also had a why did it take so long for me to realise that the mountain in the office is a W and an M together..
There was a lot of WM going on in the last series with the scribbles and the business cards.

A bit OT but I like that it wasn't ever MW for McGill Wexler, always WM, Wexler first.

I've been fully expecting to see (a hirsute) Walt driving past a random scene in that awful beige thing but it hasn't happened yet (I don't think!).

I don't think it will, unless right at the end - they waited 5 seasons of BB before playing Crystal Blue Persuasion so a patient lot!

I liked it when Kim went 'Oh' at the end upon seeing Saul. Just like most of us probably did.

Who knew Mike was capable of smiling!

I think the most important scene was the one in Mesa Verde where Kim let her guilt fall out. I suspect that's the seed which is going to lead to Kim and Jimmy parting ways, rather than the financial issues.

I wonder if the insurance thing is another reason to practice under a different name

the kim slip up is showing cracks in her allegiance to saul.

i thought the insurance thing was a set up to get his brother insurance taken off him, therefore no longer able to prat ice law, but not sure.

I really enjoyed yesterdays episode. The lack of income and pressure to meet rent etc looks likely to be the cause of something.

Is there a 2 week gap now? Says June 6th for next episode?

Thats the way I saw it; if Jimmy can't practise then he'll make sure Chuck cannot either.
