I think I've foreseen how Kim's story ends: jail.
Thought the same.Saul would at least reference her in BB otherwise.
She has gotta be dead.
Everyone should read Alan Sepinwall's recaps over at https://www.rollingstone.com/tv/tv-recaps/
He was at peace with Kim and Jimmy slowly moving apart until they are so distant she wouldn't be mentioned in BB since it is the "least bad of all bad options" but now it looks like it's just gonna be plain bad somehow.

Why would he reference her?
BB was written and filmed before the Kim Wexler character had even been thought of for BCS.
We saw enough of SG in BB that we would know about any significant others in his life - particularly given the Cinnabon flash-forwards and his hasty exit in Granite State - completely alone.BB was written and filmed before the Kim Wexler character had even been thought of for BCS.
So yes - of course BB was written first but given the huge attention to detail in the series, they aren't going to introduce a massive plot hole such as... "Jimmy and Kim were married throughout BB but Jimmy/Saul just never mentioned her... (oh and he fled the state without her, to live a life under a new identity... without her...)"
They will keep the stories consistent (as they have done for every other character) and have her out of the picture somehow - the question is HOW!!?
I sort of don't see the writers having to tie the Kim arc up with her dying (wishful thinking ) or anything. Two separate shows. I think Saul being Saul will come from him being ruined professionally and having to take the worse clients to make ends meet and being good at it. Maybe Howard ruins him.
