I thought the start to S1 was good. I can't help but think Gavin Belson is a brilliant character. I've seen various senior folk at work have Belson-like tendencies.

Just want to thank this thread for introducing me to this show. Absolutely love it, funniest thing i've seen for a while!

Like many on here - I work with a couple of the companies featured in the intro scene's and some of the parralels drawn just make it funnier!

S3E1, yip, just as excellent as ever. This is one of the best programmes to come out of the USA, such performances.

Sadly it seems you can't stream it in 4K from here.

NowTV has it... so Sky Go etc.. should as well. If you've got a friend who has NowTV they allow 4 devices to connect, legimately, you just need their login details.

"The old Pied Piper “flute player” logo was referencing the fairy-tale character and in no way was meant to suggest a sexual act involving either the mouth or ear of the figure depicted. Apologies to any who were offended, and the logo has been changed to our current green “PP”!

Last nights episode on on Sky was brilliant. This in particular cracked me up:

Richard Hendricks: "Don't you think because they are such amazing sales people that it would be OK for them to sell the harder stuff?"

Jack Barker: "No, it does not work that way. The way you keep the best sales people is you need to give them something easy to sell. Otherwise they just go somewhere else".

I'm about to take a lead sales role for a Silicon Valley start up....hehe

Yeah, I admit I was taken in by him in the first ep, now it's obvious that he's a typical empty fkwit, just about the cash.....and then you have that ex-nucleaus team discovery....

I pay an obnoxious amount IMO. I have Directv with the full package, all premium channels and NFL ticket and pay over $200pm plus internet. Most of the TV we watch is HBO and Showtime plus sport and news so it's difficult to scale it back. NFL ticket is also only available through Directv and as MrsU and I are both huge fans but of different teams it's pretty much a must. Personally I hate dealing with Directv and even moreso now that they have merged with AT&T but there's not much choice. I think HBO is about $50pm of the total.
