Yet again a few minutes in and I find myself getting would up about how many previous convictions they’ve all got and the “No comment” interviews.
Surely things have to change.
That's better than Shipman who didn't even say "no comment" and turned his chair and faced the wall during his interviews.

Yeah, in my experience you'll need more power than that to shift a rusted rear mx5 caliper...

Yep, don't want those falling into the wrong hands.
Readily available online for around £400.
Not the one in the programme, I've just ordered some!

A lot more than that, they're great bits of kit. A service on our existing ones is a few hundred quid.

Government contract, open wallet! partybiglaugh It's a bit like I have a pair of sheep fleece lined camo gloves that the manufacturer charged £130 a pair to the services. I got mine for £30, brand new, through an army surplus store.

Anyway, sorry off the O/T, back on topic.

I hope the sentences run consecutively and not concurrently.

No government contact just the best kit we can get that doesn't fail. They last for years so although expensive, you're only buying once. Sigma also look after us pretty well as we have a lot of stuff from them and give them all our service work.

This was a good job with a decent result. I liked the SIO and thought she came across really well.

what the hell is the point of the "no comment" interviews?

may as well ask them to calculate Pi to 200 digits and get the same response. Probably get a better one.

All that for robbing someone of a few fake watches, seems utterly pointless.

Even from 10 seconds of grainy social media clips viewed on a tiny old TV screen, you could tell those watches were fake straight away.

Now these are the sorts of questions that the hands of fate have dealt out.... How about two doors openers and roughly a third of a puffa jacket?

I looked into buying an expensive parka, but they are much too warm for our weather, I'd probably only get to wear it 3 or for times a year!

Haven't put too much thought into how many uses I'd get from the door opener... yet!

Thought it was a good result all round in terms of sentences, but overall not a great couple of episodes. Could have been condensed into one really, 4 no comment interviews and some CCTV and telematics and job done.

The crims level of intelligence here was embarrassing. Car hired in their actual name, clearly from a company big enough to be fitting trackers, caught on every CCTV camera in the area and more, wearing their own clobber, using their own phones and taking them with.

In a way I'm glad as it made it fairly straightforward to get a conviction but it suggests they didn't even think the Police would bother with the most casual of investigations to catch them.
