I don't have live TV, never bothered with an aerial and got rid of Sky a long time ago. Only have the apps on my TV so it's not an option.

I pay for the likes of ITVX, CH4 etc the small amount each month to skip them, I think it's the only one I have without the option.

That's very sound advice, I like a lot I suspect, enjoy dicking around on my phone, I've realised that watching things with adverts is actually a good idea as they give you the opportunity to use your phone, then put it back down.

Once the media companies realise this, I suspect the nature of adverts might start to change.

I've a media PC under the telly that blocks YouTube adverts, however I actually prefer using the TV app as the adverts give me this break!

Funny old world.

Murder Scene: The Incident Room on Ch5 now is much better than I had expected.

You could catch it on Ch5 +1 at 9pm.

Ta.

Lady G and I have been watching Suspect No.1 and suchlike…. Dear Lord, they love their utterly redundant statements and recaps don’t they? “Suspect X has been arrested for genocide and importation of a ton of class A drugs. He’s in a bit of trouble….”

You don’t say?

The inept scum in this episode should really have watched programmes of this genre before embarking on the “hit”. Have they never heard of ANPR/CCTV and mobile phone tracking?

Heartbreaking for the family of the innocent victim and I’m glad to see lengthy sentences being handed down for this type of crime.

Terrible editing on this tv show.

I grew up in Blackburn and worked there too, we had dealing with the RI Tyres people at Blackburn Audi.
They were horrible, arrogant, nasty people then.

A total of 231 years of prison sentences was handed down to the individuals involved in this episode.

That will cost £11,948,244 to keep them in prison.

Wrong response, I know, but they didn't even get the right person, they got an innocent 19 year old law student walking past at the wrong time.

One of the people was sentenced for murder just for charging up the battery on the gettaway car, surely there's more to that.

I really hate it when programmes like this use lookalike actors pretending to be the perps. I also hate it when the narrator says someone has been charged, when they have not been charged. I also don't like it when editors edit and show scenes out of order.

It was poor.

I must have missed it. When did all this happen?

In the interview scene, they used a lookalike for Sully.

That's a great channel. The narrator blokes voice is absolutely spot on for the stories (I know they're not stories, but you know what I mean) he tells.

Joint enterprise I guess. Fully deserved the sentence. He wasn't an AA man fixing a broken down car with no knowledge of what was planned.

Just watching the channel 4 documentary about the Rickie Neave murder and nobody come out of it looking good apart from the police who reopen the investigation. The mum was scum and the original police was useless bordering on criminal.

I pretty sure this is not a new episode but well worth a watch.
