Greg says "Laaavely" in his creepy uncle voice.
Cannot stand the bloke. Who honestly goes phwoar, or giggles like a schoolgirl to a plate of food.

Also it's bloody creepy when this bald fat cockney says beautiful or pretty.

His skill seems to consist entirely of the above, gurning, or telling us which parts of the food are sweet and which are salty.

Monica's botter is noted every time it's said

I've said for ages that Greg should not feature on the Professionals series, he bring absolutely nothing to the show. He isn't connected in a professional way to being a chef or making it to the very top. Marcus is, Monica is and Michel was.

I think he is there to represent the average diner. Chefs know how meat can be cooked etc etc. But take the diner, whilst pink pork is perfectly ok for the chef as they know the husbandry of the product, the diners do not. I have seen before Marcus and Monica love a dish but Greg saying, ‘as a diner I would send that back’.

Dean's inspiration comes from a tin of exploding evaporated milk - divine intervention?

Mathew has been above the rest so far, I'm interested to see if he keeps it up until the end.

And Greg is a cock, and drags the program down.

Considers Gregg's (sic) redeeming features.

Draws blank.

Get William Sitwell in. He needs a job and isn't porcine.

No he hasn't. He was very lucky when he nearly ruined his ox cheek dish in the pressure cooker.

Dean hasn't had a single bad word said about any of his dishes by critics or the judges.

Hang on, hang on - criticism for one man’s chocolate being too thick but Dean gets through when you can hardly break it???

I thought the same.

Bye bye William then.
