Peter Kay - Car Share

Continuity perhaps - otherwise the traffic behind would be constantly changing within the same scene if they do multiple takes.
Exactly this. I did chuckle when they went through the car wash and in the next scene the rear window was still smudged ETA: also when you watch them all back 2 back you start to see how much of the traffic is staged (as you'd expect in a show) - that silver voyager is always either in front or behind them.

Sorry, watched the first two episodes, thought it was heavy going and to be frank, rubbish.
Good idea for a half hour show.
However, I shall persevere with the rest, and hope it improves.......
Save your time, its utter rubbish. Not sure what everyone else has been watching as I found the woman annoying and Peter Kay boring and predictable (and I really like Peter Kay normally).Good idea for a half hour show.
However, I shall persevere with the rest, and hope it improves.......
I still somehow found myself watching all 6 episodes damn them both

The downloads expire today as well, so watch em quick or disconnect from t'internet.
Thanks for pointing that out and thanks to the OP for alerting me to this programme. It was very watchable rather than laugh out loud funny, but I still enjoyed it.
I liked the Cliff Richard impression and the road side signs (episode 4) was a clever bit.
I think the "whole series on iplayer for a limited period" is probably a taster of what they're planning when BBC3 goes online only. It gives them an idea of how many people persevere all the way through a series rather quickly instead of patchy week by week stats.
It also starts to play catch up with box set streaming services from Sky etc.
We enjoyed the series, the music really adds a lot although it may be targeted towards a particular age group who remember it first time The show does rely heavily on decent script writing and dialogue rather than an array of scripted plot devices so I think the writers deserve a lot of credit there.
The radio stations also remind me a lot of Grand Theft Auto stations
