I'm probably going to record it and watch it tomorrow when my wife is out. Unless she goes to bed early tonight. She demands absolute silence when its one of her 300 tv progs she watches, then doesn't adhere to the same rule when its 1 of the few I watch - unless she watches it too. And despite all the cack scifi she watches, she doesn't seem to like WW.

The story is robots go bad isn't it? The rest is flim-flam that very nearly drags on too long. The dialogue isn't snappy, the acting just ok...so that leaves us with the CGI and the plot, which TBH isn't anything new - AI becoming sentient has been done before, but never stretched out so long. I personally hope they haven't forgotten a TV show is meant to be entertaining.
Ed Harris is more than OK!

Interesting that almost all of the trailer footage was from episode 1.

He said 6 parks, Westworld, Shogun World, if they follow the films Roman World, Medieval World, Future World and whatever Indian area world the Bengal Tiger came from then?

Quality maintained smile

Best line was 'I wrote that line the you'. The acting from the whole cast is superb, Thandie Newton is the stand out for me. Trying to work out the timelines is going to be fun.

Yeah that line did make me laugh. The rest of it is pretty grim (ie heavy, not bad). So once again, there are at least 2 timelines going on. The one bad thing about S2 being new to air is having to wait 7 days now between episodes. hehe

My wife is bloody awful with box sets.
Amazon released the new season of Bosch, which we both enjoy watching and finished the whole series over 4 evenings..

Me too, I was expecting a long read this morning. With season 1 I watched every ep at least twice. And have since rewatched the whole thing again. With last night's...don't really feel the need to watch it again at the moment.

I did like the way the real people being hunted down seemed so "in the wrong place" - they didn't belong in those surroundings at all and looked out of place - and were being hunted down in something akin to extreme xenophobia.

I do wonder why Dolores was hunting down her own kind as well though (given she clearly slaughtered the indians)

Must admit I can only watch a couple of eps of something at a time. I guess I just need to do other stuff than watch tv and after a couple of hours. Even rewatching WW I only did 1 or 2 a day and then left the last one for a few days after that.

I thought it was a bit slow and not much happened really, beyond the initial kill everyone aspect. Not a brilliant start, watchable but didn't blow me away.
