American gods first series was original and weird in a good way, however have given up on this series after the second episode.
With Hanna I wonder what audience it was meant for as at times its pretty childish, shall persevere as most of it is good and only have a couple of episodes left.
Glad you mentioned American Gods I was so looking forward to season 2 and its been poor to say the least.

New 4k stick is great glad I graded.

And on another good note the youtube app is returning within a couple of months and chromcast is adding firetv support. Firefox youtube works but nowhere near as good.

Crash and Burn.

The story of Tommy Byrne. The best racing driver who never made it. Fascinating guy. As bitter and twisted as you might expect, but arguably only himself to blame.

already finished it. its as good as all the other seasons, shame its a bit short but probably about the right pace for some slightly far fetch detective drama.

Shame the latest book doesnt have great reviews. I liked listening to the audiobooks by Titus Welliver (bosch).

Its weird watching the series and having 2 or 3 novels combined into the series but somehow all still fits together.

Get the Ball Pass the Ball.

Documentary about the Barcelona team of a few years ago. Pretty good. Maybe a bit over-long, but great access to the players and very interesting if you're a tactics dork like me.

had a taste of the americans last night, 1 episode in and i liked it enough to try it on the other half.

she likes stuff where each episode has a standalone plot with a definite start and end, is this the case?

Not really I'm afraid. It's a never ending saga.

Meñtioned further up the thread, I think.

Corner Gas, a Canadian sitcom set in a small town in the middle of nowhere.
Nicely written gentle humour, most amusing.
