The bedroom section looked like a hotel from the plan.
Or a prison, with cells. All next to one another, all identical and facing a corridor and windows.

Did you see the glasses on the architect? A candidate for the 'Never get tired of punching in the face' thread if ever there was one.

One on my mates has just started a project with them. When he makes some real progress I might post some pics. As I understand it, the money offer is conditional on a successful project and transmission.

Perhaps he should pop out to Syria, first world problems and all that smash

He's coming across like a spoilt tosser.

I can understand people doing these projects in they'd won the lottery or earn £5M/yr, but to take them on such uncertain costs when money is tight (or non-existent) seems unbelievably insane.

£850k for the plot, £1.1m for the build and counting.

Do we reckon he is going to get any change from 3 mil?

I'm going for a few pence.

There's a very modern house near us that has been for sale for three years, they look good in magazines but I am not sure there is a huge market for them.
