The whole series is very good. No spoilers here but in Canada we are up to series 5 and it holds up very well throughout. Lots of good stuff in the future for UK viewersfrown

With the best of intentions of eking things out over the week I started watching last night, but ended up watching the whole bloody thing 'till about 3 in the morning. Excellent as ever and still nicely adapted from the books. Here's to Season 6...

I’m resisting the urge to binge it.

I bought the first series on DVD from a local charity shop, nice to see there are some more to go at if I ever get around to watching these.

We're 3 eps into s5. Doing maybe 2 a week. Not a binge but not dragging it out weekly either

I've tried it a couple of times but I'm struggling with the TV version, which is strange because I love the books.

Working my way through series 5 now, I'm finding it tedious and might even bail, which is a shame, I enjoyed series 1-4.

Binged series 5 over the past few days. I thought it was much better balanced than previous series, which I thought were all 2 episodes too long on average, as I got bored near the end.

However I think there is a bit too much in terms of story lines going on. They need to reduce the characters. J Edgar didn't add much at all to this season, and the 2 old cops should have added a bit more comic relief, although Maddie was developed very well this season.

Great series, love Bosch, binge watching is definitely the way forwards

Unless I missed something, one of the two hitmen wasn't traced, is that right?

Just found this season 1 as a result of lockdown.

Really enjoyed it yesterday, onto season 2 for today.

Good enough reason to stay indoors.

The series is easily found on the web. wink
I love the books, but don’t have Prime. I thought that I might be able to buy the series, but it seems not.

Does anyone know if there any legitimate sources?

Yep season 6, also been renewed for one more season (7), but unfortunately that will be the final season.

Good stuff, will be running out of things to do by then.

Im surprised there was going to be another series, i thought the last one wrapped things up quite nicely. Not complaining tho

I love the Michael Connelly books, and the Bosch series.

I have all his books except the latest and have read all bar three in order of publishing. I am reluctant to read these and have none left to read. One of the best crime writers around, particularly the Bosch books imo.

Just read the first one in the Renée Ballard series. As Bosch appears in the next two books are they primarily Bosch or Ballard books? The titles are listed as both on book series in order site.
