This will be forgotten all about, nothing will come of it at all. Just another story line that goes nowhere. Shireen died for nothing.
Lol are you sure? It's been an underlying plotline that has kept cropping up for about 7 seasons. I'm not saying it won't happen but it's very unlikely. Also yes to Gendry, has to feature somewhere surely?
Gendry will make some nice stuff out of dragon glass and maybe boff Arya if they get really lazy.

Yeah, all the good storylines were binned off when GRRM decided to be a celebrity and not bother finishing the books, D&D haven't a clue how to write these bits. If they did they wouldn't have killed Baelish for stuff Sansa knew he'd done years ago.

I found the Littlefinger ending quite satisfactory actually but then I'm a little shallow like that and I love a good comeuppance. Gendry will make some nice stuff out of dragon glass and maybe boff Arya if they get really lazy.
Sansa may have known about it but I think the point was that previously she wouldn't have had the strength of character to do anything about it. Her killing Littefinger shows how much she has changed from the selfish, spoilt little child she was in season 1.

The only things Sansa knew Baelish had done was to be involved in Joffrey's death (yay!) and killing her Aunt Lyssa (who was trying to kill her anyway). It would have been Bran who filled her in with what happened with Jon Arryn to start the whole GoT process and his betrayal of Ned Stark in the throne room, add to that the recent attempt at trying to turn and Sansa and Arya against each other.FourWheelDrift said:

Lysa confessed the Jon Arryn thing in front of Sandra before LF pushed her out the moon door.New Westerosworld intro - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=LQohxydZC4A

I do wonder how trusted the Golden Company is considering old ties to the targaryens.
Not sure if it was mentioned in the show or I got it from one the History and Lore episodes, wasn’t it founded by a Targaryen? The Iron Bank also likes to hedge its bets and I can see them offering some backing elsewhere should Cersei start looking like that loser in this scenario.

The show might ignore this as it does most nuances, but the Golden Company was founded by a Blackfyre, Bittersteel who was (I think) the brother of the three-eyed raven, they are diametrically opposed to the Targaryans. They flip the colours on the sigils. It's all a war of the roses/civil war situation, they'll back any Blackfyre over any Targaryan...but Blackfyre thing has never been mentioned in the show so who knows.....The Iron Bank also likes to hedge its bets and I can see them offering some backing elsewhere should Cersei start looking like that loser in this scenario.
something I did wonder at, this Harry Strickland is a real blonde type, like a stand-in young Jaime...could that be a bit of a thing later?
