Music is top dollar and I disagree about the film. I remember watching at when very young and really enjoying it. However it wasn't until many years later that I found out it was a Bond Film.
Diana Rigg every time.
Love that film, it's ace, so many Bonds! And a top song. biggrin

_Top three fights_
Bond v Red Grant - From Russia with Love
Main hench versus MI6 pleb in kitchen - The Living Daylights

third one is tough maybe Daniel Craig versus two assassins in Casino Royale or 007 versus 006 in Goldeneye.

Bond vs Grant is a great scrap. I remember watching as a boy thinking how violent it was.

Our man does himself no favours with the great line "Tell me, what lunatic asylum did they get you out of?"

Licence to kill is on ITV4 now. Any love for the film? The plot is easier then the living daylights, and it has a Maserati Biturbo(!!)
Watched some of it yesterday. Robert Davi was in Raw Deal too.

A qualified yes - I thought it was a decent attempt to keep Bond relevant as the Cold War was thawing, and a move away from the crazed megalomaniac in a secret lair. Dalton, although he occasionally came over as a bit wooden, was more of a return to the character of Bond in the books, as opposed to the Bond of the later Roger Moore films (although the scene with Q and the laser/Xray polaroid camera was a lapse).

Although the 1967 "Casino Royale" is pile of dog poo - it does have an excellent theme by Burt Bacharach.

It's also not part of the licensed franchise and therefore not really a "Bond movie"

And a young benicio del torro.

I quite like it too. The three axle tractor unit pulling a wheelie whilst keeping both rears on the ground was a bit suspect though.

Dr No is on again, the fake jeopardy with the Tarantula that could just be allowed to walk into the palm of his hand and placed down somewhere else without biting and the 5 whacks it's takes with his shoe to kill it.

LTK is less of a Bond film and more of a 'man on revenge' film. I do like Q turning up to help and chucking away the high-tech rake, after all those years of bending Bond's ear about lack of respect for his field equipment!

Stunts is a good one, I was thinking of this last week. Because the Bond films at least could be relived upon for pushing the boundaries, even back in the camp Roger days, which was an interesting dichotomy and is the opposite of the ones today.

1, the ski jump from ASWLM.
2, the croc jumping from LALD
3, the twist jump from TMWTGG sans swanee whistle

The dam jump from G, was it real, if so, maybe that one.
