Yes, Paul is mega calm and collective. A true pro.
That silly 21 year old with loads of parking fines saying you may as well take goods! Sounded like he needed a slap.
Well, since the father had unwisely signed up for the finance on his kids car and therefore ended up saddled with the court order (wouldn't he have got a summons and turned up to explain that he wasn't driving?), the scrote had nothing to lose himself. That silly 21 year old with loads of parking fines saying you may as well take goods! Sounded like he needed a slap.
I would say the problem is that the parents never gave him a good slap when he needed one and as a result he just views them as a cash cow to be milked whenever he wants something he can't afford.
Somehow, I can't imagine that he'll return all the favours he got over the years as his parents get older and in need of support. Once the BoMaD runs dry, he'll be off.
Is this why we haven't seen much of Delroy this season?

How can he be a 'fit and proper person' to be a bailiff? He's a convicted drug dealer ffs.

Those two scumbags that ran that garage - the place wants torching. If I was the first pair that were there when the explosion happened I would have made sure to enforce the writ there and then, I can't believe they left. I would've taken every car on the lot if I'd had to just to rub their faces in it.
They had the legal right, the police were in attendance, why the fk did they chicken out? No way I would've done that.

As they said on the programme, with the possibility that a firearm had been discharged it was going to be treated as a crime scene. They had the legal right, the police were in attendance, why the fk did they chicken out? No way I would've done that.
I was surprised though that on the second visit, the outstanding balance hadn't increased due to them having to return.
Also wonder what the recovery drivers thought having watched it last night and seeing what went one during the first visit! Thought the police would have been in attendance once it got to the removal stage.

Bit confused by that one, the Asian fashion shop. How could a High Court writ be overridden by a hearing at a County Court afterwards?
No doubt the man who slapped the enforcement officer will get some sort of caution or less.
Never heard of that before, especially to get a hearing before a judge so quickly, I wonder if the judge was from the same community as Mr Chohan? No doubt the man who slapped the enforcement officer will get some sort of caution or less.

(.....and the assailant was released without charge. I agree that the enforcement officer did exaggerate the force of the blow, but all the same it was all there on the camera footage. Surely an offence was committed?)

More to do with him having been diagnosed with leukemia and in desperate need of a bone marrow transplanthttps://www.google.co.uk/amp/s/www.thesun.co.uk/ne...

(just popped up on my FB)
I watched an episde yesterday - on 5Star(?) - where an 'anti-bailiff' group turned up to support the debtor. All they seemed to do was to film the action on their phones (all in portrait mode - have they learnt nothing from PH?), crowd around and keep calling the bailiffs 'scum'.
What is that all about?

Tonight's episode apparently features a performance car dealership... Wonder if it's one with an already well known reputation?
A certain one beginning with 'K' (or now 'M') immediately springs to mind
Looks like this is the place....A certain one beginning with 'K' (or now 'M') immediately springs to mind

The place is a dump yet they they sell some very expensive cars - who in their right mind would hand over so much cash to an outfit like this?
