I thought Dual View was standard on all MY17 FFRR as it's part of InControl Touch Pro.
An icon should be present on the bottom of the screen (roughly in the centre i think) that has what looks like 2 rectangles on it. That's the Dual View button & this allows the choice of what the dual view screen displays on the passenger side.

It's a £675 option it is not standard on the entry level model but it is standard on the SE and AB.
