Good start. If tonight's episode was anything to go by, there's going to even more randomness from Vegas over the coming weeks
Daisy kept looking like she was going to go into early labour given how much, and how hard, she was laughing.

What's the point? Swearing makes it. Especially when Daisy is there half hanging out of the caravan like a lush from magaluff.https://twitter.com/taskmaster/status/131671040774...
Any Taskmaster is better than no Taskmaster at all so I'm chuffed to bits it's back on with a new series despite everything that's going on.
That said I didn't warm to it from the start and I can't quite put my finger on it, Greg didn't seem to be "on it" as much as usual and it all felt a bit wooden, perhaps it was down to how mundane the items brought in for the "nice in your mouth" thing were?
It got better as the episode progressed and the disappearing object, egg challenge and the final on-stage one were really good, I just didn't enjoy the drinks to the caravan for some reason. It has all the hallmarks of a good challenge but somehow lost something in the edit (for me).
Maybe I just need to rewatch earlier in the day when I'm a bit more alert, I'll definitely be forcing my daughter to watch the E4 one anyway.

It's proven really popular with kids since Dave started showing all the previous series between 6pm and 7pm on a weekday that were also edited. Alex Horne was also doing loads of tasking stuff on Twitter which over lock-down loads of families were getting involved with. thetapeworm said:

I agree, it was a little stilted in the studio but they are out of their comfort zone a bit with the necessary changes being enforced. It’s also been quite a long time since they filmed the last series so a bit of it practice too. It will get better though I am sure. That said I didn't warm to it from the start and I can't quite put my finger on it, Greg didn't seem to be "on it" as much as usual and it all felt a bit wooden, perhaps it was down to how mundane the items brought in for the "nice in your mouth" thing were?
Like you say, any Taskmaster is better than no Taskmaster.
I am not really a fan of Daisy but her manic laughter in the studio has already won me over! I hope she doesn’t win the series otherwise she might give birth right on stage

I thought it was slightly weak start but am hoping it improves. The bring you best item round was abysmal. Looked like none of them had given it any thought.
It was a poorly thought out 'task'. I was trying to think of something that might have been funny or at least shocking and really couldn't think of anything other than obvious crude ste that'd only get a laugh from someone who watches Mrs Brown Boys. bobbo89 said:

If the edits on Dave are anything to go by, the only difference tends to be a bell ding whenever there's a pre-watershed swear word and / or a wax TM stamp covering a hand gesture / obvious lip read swear word or if someone has written / drawn something rude during a task Phil Wang will be pleased that his hula hoop task passed with no wax stamp required I did wonder why Katherine looked to have been crying a lot at one point.
