BBC ONE: ALASKA LIVE
Discussion
Did they lull viewers into a false sense of security and awe at nature, then wallop them over the head with the climate change crap.
All their previous 'live' jollies have been a thinly veiled vehicle to push the climate change agenda.
If they haven't yet, they will do in the final program or a follow up 'why all this is threatened' bull shiiiiiiiiiiiiiiite.
It is a shame the BBC make themselves un-watchable with their extreme socialist bias.

I was in Alaska this time last year and have to say the scenery and variety of animals to see takes your breath away. Mind you, after you've seen your 1,000th bald eagle the excitement of seeing one does wear a bit thin They're more common than pigeons over here. But, without doubt, definitely a place to visit again.
One comment about the BBC coverage. They tend to make the animal sightings more sensational than they actually are. For example, they get really excited when a black bear is spotted as though it's a rare thing to see. When we were at the Mendenhall Glacier we spotted a young black bear fishing just below the bridge we were standing on within minutes of arriving. Maybe we were just lucky.
I can't wait to see how they cover the humpback whales bubble feeding off the Juneau coast, no doubt they'll faint with excitement LOL.

Yup they do, a bit, well a lot actually. The wolf wandering along an empty beach looking slightly bored being another case in point. I rather enjoyed the photography but found the breathless presenting a tad wearying."OH MY GOD IT'S SCRATCHING ITS ARSE!!!!"
I might try it with the sound down and some music on.
I must confess I was rather underwhelmed having seen far better programs from Richard Attenborough in past years. I heard Chris Evans raving about it on Monday on Radio 2 and wondered if he was on about a different program to the one I saw. But then the BBC never misses a chance to promote itself.

Did you see that one he did about the theme park full of dinosaurs?Much more exciting than his brother's CGI-fest "Walking with Dinosaurs" that the BBC did...
