Non-specialist indies have always been a bit random on pricing but I agree prices do seem to be firming, especially V8 Cerbs.

Red is definitely couleur du jour !

Is this really one of the last 10 made?

Not sure of the facts but I've seen somewhere that there were 7 made/registered in 2004 and 1 in 2005 so maybe this is one of the last 10. I've also previously come across a website that shows how many of each model of car are on the road in the UK, it showed 2 x 2004 Cerberas. Mine was registered in July 2004 so must surely be one of the last few. I'd be interested if anyone has a definitive view.

But to answer the question, yes prices are steadily rising.

Incidentally this ad is for a 4.5 V8 but then lists the engine size as 4185cc. It must therefore be the 4.5 bottom/4.2 top end like mine. I class mine as a 4.2

It's been for sale for at least a year. I believe it is the proprietor's own car.
I would guess that he doesn't need / want to sell it, but would if the price was right. wink

Is it the time of year or the new griff that's coaxed some great looking Cerbera's onto the PH classifieds?

It is misleading to consider prices in some other countries, because the import duty and registration costs can dwarf the cost of the car itself.

For instance, four years ago I investigated the cost of importing a cheap Chim (say £5k) in to Portugal - the import duty amounted to

€20k - after a 50% discount because the car was over 10 years old

Yup, it would have been €40k otherwise
